Who this is for

Where you are.

  • You are doing the work, and you are still exhausted.

  • You hit the same wall every time, in money or in love, and the wall has your handwriting on it.

  • You cannot remember the last time a decision felt like yours.

The transformation

What changes by day 7.

  • Find the moment you traded what you wanted for what felt safe, and name it.
  • Put down the beliefs that turn out to be someone else's fears, handed to you early.
  • Write the next chapter of your life in your own words, short enough to act on.
  • Match what you do each day to that page, starting with one small thing.
  • Finish with a week of your own evidence that the loop can be left.

The daily loop

How a day works.

About 15 minutes, once a day, before the day starts. It opens on today, and tomorrow it opens on tomorrow.

  1. 01

    The video

A short video to watch before anyone else is awake.

  2. 02

    The practice

A practice you can do in the time it takes the kettle to boil.

  3. 03

    The check-in

One line about what happened. Nobody reads it in real time.

The week

The 7 days.

  1. Day 1The Extraction, day 1

What you get.

  • 7 days of video, practice and check-in, unlocking on the cohort's calendar.
  • The group. A dated cohort that starts the same morning you do.
  • The daily nudge. One email a day, composed from what you actually wrote and did.
  • Day 7. The sentence you wrote about what you wanted to be different, back to you beside a week of your own check-ins.

Take the first step

Before you ask

The questions people actually have.

What if I start it and quit, like last time?

That is the most common reason people do not buy, and it is a fair worry. It is also what the cohort is for. Everyone starts on the same day, the days arrive whether or not you feel ready, and it is over in a week. Seven days is short enough that finishing is realistic, which is why we did not make it thirty.

Who sees what I write?

Nobody. Your check-ins and reflections are yours. The group sees that you showed up, never what you wrote. That is a rule we built in, not a setting you have to find.

Is this therapy?

No, and we will not let you mistake it for therapy. There are no clinicians here and no one reads your check-ins in real time. If your answers at signup suggest you need real support, we say so and point you to it instead of selling you a challenge.

What if it opens something I cannot close?

Every practice is small, private and reversible, and the hardest one is marked as skippable. Two of the seven days tell you plainly to stop and take it to a person rather than a worksheet. Crisis resources sit on the check-in screen itself, not in a settings page.

Is this woo?

Judge it by the healer. Their name, face and credential are on the challenge page before you pay, along with what each of the seven days contains. Nothing is hidden until after checkout.

What happens when the seven days end?

You finish. On day seven you get back the sentence you wrote about what you wanted to be different, next to a week of your own check-ins. Nothing renews and nothing is sold to you inside the week. You paid once.
