Seven-day healing challenges
A start date, a finish line, and a group that begins the same morning you do. Seven days, about fifteen minutes each, led by a healer whose name and face are on the page before you pay.

Who this is for
The acute part is over and everyone has stopped asking. You function. You are not fine, and the days since have had no shape to them.
You can name exactly what is wrong. You have the apps, the saved videos, and the book you never finished. Naming it has not changed it.
No single event, only the same week on repeat and a body that will not stand down. What you need is a shape for the week that you do not have to build yourself.
How it works

Where you are, what ended, and what you want to be different by Sunday. Your last answer comes back to you on day seven. One of the possible answers means we point you somewhere better than here, on purpose.
Four sentences you agree to before day one opens. Two of them are promises we make to you, including that we will never pretend this is therapy.
One dated cohort with a capped number of places. Day three arrives on day three whether or not you did day two. Groups with a date get finished. Self-paced courses mostly do not, and you know that already.
A short video, a practice you can do before anyone else is awake, and one line about what happened. Then the screen closes until tomorrow.

The daily loop
There is nothing to browse and no library to get lost in. It opens on today, and today takes about 15 minutes. Tomorrow it opens on tomorrow.
A missed day stays missed. Nothing shifts forward to keep you comfortable, because a schedule you can renegotiate is the kind you already have. The group finishes on the day it set out for, and so do you.

Before you start
Not terms and conditions. Four sentences you tick one at a time before day one opens. Two are about showing up imperfectly. Two are what we promise you in return.
Before you ask
That is the most common reason people do not buy, and it is a fair worry. It is also what the cohort is for. Everyone starts on the same day, the days arrive whether or not you feel ready, and it is over in a week. Seven days is short enough that finishing is realistic, which is why we did not make it thirty.
Nobody. Your check-ins and reflections are yours. The group sees that you showed up, never what you wrote. That is a rule we built in, not a setting you have to find.
No, and we will not let you mistake it for therapy. There are no clinicians here and no one reads your check-ins in real time. If your answers at signup suggest you need real support, we say so and point you to it instead of selling you a challenge.
Every practice is small, private and reversible, and the hardest one is marked as skippable. Two of the seven days tell you plainly to stop and take it to a person rather than a worksheet. Crisis resources sit on the check-in screen itself, not in a settings page.
Judge it by the healer. Their name, face and credential are on the challenge page before you pay, along with what each of the seven days contains. Nothing is hidden until after checkout.
You finish. On day seven you get back the sentence you wrote about what you wanted to be different, next to a week of your own check-ins. Nothing renews and nothing is sold to you inside the week. You paid once.

17 of 25 places left. Paid once, in full. Nothing renews, and nothing is sold to you inside the week. This is the one you finish.
